ShitKill is a young NYC metal band (ages 18,19) who have already done some good damage on the NYC/Brooklyn metal scene. After releasing their "Asylum EP" in Fall 2010 (produced by Tomato of Sound Of Urchin/Moistboyz), they went on to play shows at such venues as The Highline Ballroom, Knitting Factory, Webster Hall, Music Hall Of Williamsburg, opening for the likes of Iron Maiden legend Paul Dianno, Possessed, Anvil, Six Feet Under, The Cromags, Vektor, and more. ShitKill's pummeling fresh take on metal, reminiscent of classic bands like Sepultura, Slayer, and Pantera, has brought them support from such metal sites as Metal Injection and Metal Sucks, and even from metal legends such as Alex Skolnick and Marc Rizzo. ShitKill released their first full length album, SHITKILL, produced by Tomato and mixed by Ruddy Cullers, in Fall 2011, and were featured on the Sirius XM channel Liquid Metal. Shitkill are a band that is not at all happy about the current trends in heavy music.
