ShitKill is a young NYC metal band who have already done some good damage on the NYC/Brooklyn metal scene. After releasing their self-titled debut album in 2011 (produced by Tomato of Sound Of Urchin/Moistboyz), they went on to play shows at such venues as The Highline Ballroom, Knitting Factory, Webster Hall, Music Hall Of Williamsburg, opening for the likes of Twelve Foot Ninja, The Cro-Mags, D.R.I., Anvil, Possessed, and more. ShitKill's pummeling fresh take on metal, reminiscent of classic bands like Sepultura, Slayer, and Pantera, has brought them support from such metal sites as Metal Injection and Metal Sucks, and even from metal legends such as Alex Skolnick and Marc Rizzo. ShitKill released their self-title debut in 2011 and will release their new EP, "The New Breed" (produced by Tomato, engineered and mixed by Nik Chinboukas at Spin Studios) on November 19th. ShitKill are a band that is not at all happy about the current trends in heavy music.
